"Do you take your own advice?"

This powerful question from one of my coaches stopped me in my tracks. My honest response? "Mostly, but I could do better."

As I'm encouraging clients to start planning for 2025, I realized it's time to practice what I preach. While strategic planning can feel overwhelming, I've found success by keeping it remarkably simple with just two key questions:

1. Are your business key result areas aligned with your vision?

2. If not, what specific strategies or actions will bridge that gap in 2025?
